Book with us and you receive an air-conditioned car for three people or bring the whole family along with an air-conditioned micro van for six to seven people, with one of our reliable and experienced chauffeurs to assist you around sunny Sri Lanka.

Hotels and tourist board approved guesthouses can be suggested by us, selected by you and booked by us on a day to day basis.

• Chauffer will provide his own meals. If you stay at a Sri Lankan tourist board approved hotel or guesthouse, there is a separate quarters provided for the chauffeurs at no extra charge. Unfortunately, if there is no chauffeur accommodation, we will have to bill you an allowance per day for the chauffeur accommodation. At such, we suggest you stay at a tourist board approved hotel or guesthouse. These approved accommodations also come with a certain level of safety and comfort for you and our staff.

The mileage will be calculated from the Airport or Colombo 1st Day to Last Day in Colombo or at the airport. You have the choice of getting yourself dropped at any selected location on the last day & the chauffeur will continue to Colombo. The mileage will be calculated accordingly considering the last destination as Colombo.

The meter will be shown to the client’s daily, morning and evening and will have to be read clearly and the meter reading will have to be initialed by the client in the log sheet. This will avoid any confusion regarding the kilometers done during your trip. If there are any extra kilometers they will be charged at the rate agreed at the time of booking extra kilometers to be made directly to the Chauffeur.

To visit reserves, jeeps will have to be hired and charges to be paid directly.

The driving hours will be between 8 am to 6pm. You can discuss with the chauffeur and adjust the timings accordingly if the vehicle is needed after 6pm. Please take into consideration that the chauffeur will need time to rest if there is an early start the next day. Arrival & departure days’ vehicle can be utilized according to the flight hours.
